He took the time to explain everything, walked us through the car's history, showed us what had been replaced and serviced, and went on a test drive with us to make sure we were comfortable and had all our questions answered. What really impressed us was that he genuinely wanted to help. He gave us great advice on where we could save money, helped us save a lot on our insurance, and even offered to help us in the future if we ever need service or have any questions. The whole dealership gave us a great feeling, and Eryc was a huge part of that. You can tell he truly cares about his customers. If I could give 6 stars, I absolutely would!
