I'm at a dealer in SC who had a customer buying a car and registering in MA, since we're still small, we don't have the software to look up out of state fees beyond NC. Out of desperation I called Nucar and Eddie picked up and without hesitation he walked me through tax rate and fees. If he's willing to do that for someone who is 7 states south without benefit, I'm sure he's willing to do more to make sure his customers are happy. Thank you Eddie.

Wow. What an amazing experience all around for buying my new 2022 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid. Everyone provided exceptional customer service, our salesman Handy was early for both of our appointments and was so helpful with everything. Highly recommend, they were very transparent about everything, not a single pushy person which was a great change from different dealers I have dealt with in the past. The online salesman Sean contacted me with urgency when there was only one deep sea blue tucson hybrid left, out of the four they originally took in, because he knew that was the exact vehicle I wanted and wanted to make sure we got it. What a great experience, with so much ease, would highly recommend anyone to go here for their next vehicle. Great staff!

We're very happy with our purchase, and I enjoyed working with KC in buying our 2011 Highlander. Very friendly, and all the information you need is available. As a larger dealer, they are well resourced, and want to make things as easy as possible. It's very easy for me just to pick up the phone and call KC with any questions I have. Giving four stars just because I felt at times that I needed to slow things down to consider all the options. To be clear - there was no pressure to buy. But all the details, timing, and options of buying, registering, inspecting the vehicle got a bit complicated, and I felt that I needed to take the initiative to slow things down so that I actually understood what was being suggested. But that's a minor thing. Enjoyed working with KC and very happy with our car and experience.

If there was a score less than 1 star..they earned it. Paid $60k cash for a used F350 with 64k miles. Month and a half later the vehicle needed a new transmission. The dealer did everything they could to ignore my requests for help with the issue. The GM couldn't be bothered to return my phone calls. This dealership is a joke...very unprofessional. I'd never do business with these clowns again and will go out of my way to steer business away from this hackarama.
