Great Car Buying Experience at ZamZam!! We purchased a vehicle there a week ago today for our son, and when l tell you this was by far one of the most efficient car buying experiences we've had, I am not exaggerating!! The car was clean and ready for the test drive when we arrived as promised. The papers were drawn up quickly b/c we did our part and came with all the documentation we were told we needed--including the check. LOL The car was purchased at an excellent price, and it was already MD state inspected, so we left the dealership with confidence because EVERYTHING was done including new tags and registration. (We set up our auto INS a day beforehand.) We were so impressed, our daughter is now getting a car from ZamZam, too. The cars are really priced very well and are in great condition! My 2023 Kia K5 needed front brakes and rotors, they were fast and affordable and everyone in this shop is so nice and respectful. I was in and out and definitely plan on bringing my car back to get the rear done and work on my other cars. Appreciate yall.

At first I was hesitant on how I felt about them fixing my car and the rate is a lil high but they’ve come through a few times when my car was down and they are helpful once you’re respectful. I appreciate their services. Got my AC back to top tier performance and my suspensions changed

Amazing service, this is my second time here, Victor and Harold are incredibly talented and Professional! First I brought my work van and they took care of it nicely and fast, now I brought my Tesla and they’re happily working on my tire replacement, Mr. Tire, NTB and other big names are afraid of touching a Tesla, bring your car to this shop! They’re amazing in every aspect! Super respectful and professional! Definitely highly recommended!
