Huge thanks to Ronald and Darius/Daryl of HiLow Maryland for being incredible humans selling cars and being considerate, nice, professional, and reliable in an age where most dealership unfortunately rely on AI. Ronald and Darius/Daryl conversed and texted with me as humans so well I trusted them to finalize a deal on a 2016 Miata in Maryland which I lived in Chicago. They were so trust worthy and they picked me up at the airport. The Miata was actually in better condition than they mentioned and it had brand new Michelin tires and a full tank of fuel (during a fuel crisis) for my 13 hour drive home. I trusted them so much and they were so helpful I had full confidence that the car I flew in to buy would reliably drive 13 straight hours home to Chicago. I tipped them well and gave them Miata Hot Wheels to appreciate their phenomenal, incredible, amazing work in sales in an era it’s hard to get a human at any end of a sale or phone. Thank God there are amazing humans at work at HiLow Maryland. I would come back any day!!

I recently bought my Lexus NX200t It was great Service. The process was really easy and quick I would definitely recommend this dealership if you’re buying a car everybody is awesome!

I would avoid purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, especially if you’re an out-of-state buyer. The sales process was frustrating from the start. I was presented with a $1,695 “Hi Lo Advantage” charge that was described as a required part of the purchase and explained as a fee to “prepare the vehicle for sale.” It took multiple rounds of back-and-forth before the dealership finally agreed to remove it. Since it was ultimately removed, it was clearly an optional add-on. Even after agreeing on the purchase, the paperwork process involved unnecessary delays and back-and-forth that turned what should have been a straightforward transaction into nearly a week-long process. I also arranged my own vehicle transport, and despite the driver arriving almost an hour before closing, the dealership was reluctant to release the vehicle because he arrived later than originally expected. Only after I pleaded my case did they agree to release the vehicle. The biggest problems came after delivery. I repeatedly requested updates regarding my title paperwork and fully executed purchase documents, but communication was extremely poor. Multiple promised callbacks never happened, emails went unanswered, and weeks passed without meaningful updates. I eventually learned there was a delay involving payoff of a prior lien that prevented the title from being transferred. As a result, I was unable to title and register the vehicle in Ohio, my temporary tags expired, and I had to rely on replacement temporary tags while continuing to chase the dealership for answers. It wasn’t until I escalated the issue beyond the sales staff that I was connected directly with the title clerk. From that point forward, communication improved, the title paperwork was coordinated with my local Ohio title office, and the process finally started moving. The vehicle itself has been excellent, but the buying experience, communication, and title handling fell well below what I expect from a dealership.

I had an appointment to get a car. Not any car but one in particular. I show up right when they open, ready to buy the car we talked about all week. I came from two states away. I get to the guy and he tells me they sold it the night before. I received no call or email to tell me this. I told him how far I came and he did absolutely nothing about it. Didn't even try to SELL ME A CAR! Customer service is abysmal! Don't trust it.
