We emailed Nick about a specific car my wife was looking at on his site (2021 Volkswagen Tiguan) and nick called back right away. We were at his shop within two hours with already securing a loan from our bank. I kid you not, but we were out the door with our new car in one hour. I can say nick is fair, friendly and a great communicator. My wife I really appreciate the education he dropped on us and his overall vibe.
