Richard Pednault was my salesperson. He was accommodating and knowledgeable. No pushy attitude. Made my visit very pleasant. I didn’t stop in to buy a truck, just wanted to look at the one I saw online. He worked hard to get the deal I wanted and needed to get me in the truck. A previously employed manager of the saco store was dismissive over a dispute I had concerning a purchase I had made a couple years prior where they had not been exactly honest about the condition of the vehicle a former sales rep sold me. I decided to try and let the Westbrook store make it right. Kristopher was kind, attentive, and showed genuine concern for my situation. He worked with me to get a fair price to buy the truck back, which I had put many miles on and had some bumper issues. The entire experience at the Westbrook pre-owned store was pleasant from start to finish. He is a good sales representative and worked hard to make sure I was comfortable and my needs were met. Though I did not buy another vehicle from them this time, I plan to give Kris the first crack at offering me my next pre-owned vehicle once I'm ready to upgrade my situation.
