As long as you treat honesty and are good with them, they will do the same with you. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a used vehicle better pricing and honest dealers.

Daniel Bailey is very professional, and honest. He got my dad into a car. When with his bad credit. The Bailey's are amazing and wonderful people. I highly recommend them to everyone.

I also wish that I could leave a 0 review. I opted out of the "warranty" they offer since it's a waste of money and doesn't cover much. Yes, I test drove the vehicle for 2 blocks and everything seemed find. The owners son, Daniel, SWORE that there was nothing wrong with this vehicle. That he even drove it daily to and from work. Clearly he never once took it on the highway or went over 50mph. The very next day after purchasing the vehicle, it started wanting to stall during idling and while driving. I live in Sulphur and drive to Lake Charles Mon-Fri for work. I gave it another day before reaching out to Daniel about the issue. Of course, he denied the vehicle EVER doing this while in his possession. This problem does not happen overnight and if it was used daily, you would have certainly know about it. His so called "mechanic" they use to flip vehicles was to meet with me during my lunch hour today. Instead, Daniel ignored my calls and text confirming the appointment today. He had his daddy call me. Hahahaha! In the most unprofessional way, his daddy tried saying that all our vehicles are sold "as is" or you should have purchased our crap of a warranty. Then your son shouldn't had lied about the vehicle I purchased not having any issues! On top of that, I left my older vehicle there for them to sell at auction. I told Daniel EVERYTHING that was wrong with said vehicle and knew I wasn't going to get much back for it from the auction. Daniel text me asking if I'd accept $$$ for the jeep I left to be sold at auction. I agreed and that was that. Later that day, I see my old jeep advertised on FB for sale by them. "EVERYTHING WORKS" and it was a "Great work vehicle" Instead, they had their "mechanic" fix it up and flip it for profit. I knew what condition that jeep was in and no, not everything worked. I took a screen shot of the post and asked Daniel how much it cost him to flip instead of selling it at the auction. Daniel then had the audacity to ask if he could "sign my name" on the jeeps title so he could sell it. THAT IS FRAUD! I have all conversations saved and could not believe the audacity of this business. Lesson learned and I would highly advise you stay clear, especially when a business has no problem with asking to forge your signature! What other shady things are they doing and lying about!!?? I will be reaching out to a lawyer soon, especially about the possibility of forgery.

Like previous reviewers have said, I wish I could give zero stars. Bought a car from them that naturally, was the biggest waste of 4k I have ever spent. I also foolishly bought the warranty they sell and once again the biggest waste of $250 I ever spent. I’ve been to and from the shop ever since I bought the 2008 pilot from them and the “warranty” didn’t cover anything. I also tried seeing if he would make it right and at least cover a few things that were obviously covered up from me, but he wasn’t having it. Whatever his name is in that janky office of theirs is a crook. Do yourself a favor and stay clear of that establishment because I promis you will regret buying a car from them. And if you do decide to go there take the car straight to a mechanic and don’t waste your money on the warranty. Litteraly wasn’t any help on close to 3k in fixes. You will make out better finding a car on Facebook marketplace from a private party and not sketchy and sleezy places like this. Good luck y’all!
