I've purchased 3 vehicles from Steve and about to purchase another. He is very honest and an awesome fellow. I had a minor issue with a Lincoln I bought for my wife and he fixed it immediately. If you're looking for a good used car, he's your man.

Non caring and unhelpful basically lied about status of vehicle very disappointed not good business ethics to lie to customers beware of his vehicles

I bought 3 different vehicles over the years from this man. Not one of them turned out be worth my time, let alone my money. He doesn't care what condition his vehicles are in. His mechanic puts a bandage on them and then he sells them. Do NOT BUY from Allen's used cars on Kirkman. Very shady owner.

Horrible experience. The owner was extremely rude, got in my boyfriends face and would not help us at all, after spending $4900 on a vehicle that was messed up and gave us problems from the start! The 1st week I had it, the spark plugs went out and left me stranded, I took it back to him and had to basically pull teeth to get the guy to change them. Come to find out, he only changed 2 of the 6 on the engine. Then the 2nd week I had it, the alternator left me stranded so I dished out 400 for that along with the other spark plugs along with changing the oil since that was never done either. My mechanic then tells me the vacuum hoses are all rotted and the fluids were really low(something that should've checked before he sold me the car). After fixing these things, I drove the car 1 day before it left me stranded yet again. I never let the vehicle run hot or anything but this time the mechanic tells me it's a blown head gasket so I go to try and have a decent conversation and very politely let him know about all the problems I was having after spending my last on the car and instead of actually listening, the owner decided to look down at his phone the whole time and text someone. The only time he looked up was to get in my boyfriends face with an attitude. I would not recommend this place to anyone, not even my worst enemy!!!!
