He didn't try to "sell" me a vehicle, he listened to my needs/objections and made sure the car I came to look at was going to be a good fit. He was super helpful with the different financing options and well experienced with the dealerships process. We were able to negotiate on several points of the sale to ensure both parties were going to be happy. They promptly took care of every concern I had. When the time comes for a different vehicle, I will definitely come back here first, and I hope Jared will still be working here. This dealership is HIGHLY recommended!

I am upset; I am not happy with the service. I have been waiting months for Alex to order some parts. I was told that they would notify me once the order was placed, but here we are—nearly four months later—and I still haven't received any response. I feel like they were only friendly and attentive when I first went in to buy the car; otherwise, they offer me no answers. I am not happy with the service, and I am not happy with my car—I discovered so many issues with it—and, honestly, I am not happy at all.
