I went here on Feb. 6th & walked out the same day with a 2023 nissan sentra. RYANN COTTON IS LITERALLY THE BEST. she took over for another person who was originally working with me and fixed the mistakes he made and she worked hard to get me approved and walk out with a car i would enjoy . she’s very knowledgeable and fun to work with . i NEVER do reviews but because of her , me and my son have a safe and efficient car to ride around in and she deserves all the thanks !!

The test drive was very nice because I was allowed to drive by myself to my house to ensure the car would fit in my garage. The overall experience was extremely quick compared to most dealerships. No issues.

I had an outstanding experience at CarMax on Siegen Lane in Baton Rouge. We arrived late in the evening around 7:00 pm, and even though no salespeople were available at that moment, the sales manager, Greg, personally took the time to walk us around the lot. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and never made us feel rushed. Once Cierra became available, she stepped in and patiently showed us the vehicle we were interested in. She was incredibly helpful and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. We ended up purchasing the vehicle and didn’t leave until about 10:00 pm—an hour after closing time. Despite the late hour, not a single person made us feel like an inconvenience. Everyone remained professional, courteous, and genuinely focused on helping us. Greg and Cierra went above and beyond, and the whole team made this one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend this CarMax location!

THEY EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS! I had not purchased any vehicles in over 12 years, so I was initially hesitant about purchasing a vehicle totally online. However, a very close friend of mine, who had previously purchased two vehicles from Carmax, encouraged me to give Carmax a chance. I am so glad that I listened to him, and trusted the process. I recently bought a 2019 Nissan from this Carmax in Baton Rouge, and I am very pleased with my purchase. The car is very clean and was well kept up; and the entire staff was Awesome! I want to give special shout-outs to Sales Professional, Char; Sales Managers Greg & Merrill; and Lee, in the Finance Dept. They all exceeded my expections. They really made my car buying experience the best ever. As a Senior Citizen, who has purchased several vehicles over the past few decades, I must admit that this was by far the best car buying experience of my entire life. The Staff at Carmax of Baton Rouge really Exceeded my Expectations. Great job!🥰
