He wasn’t pushy, he was respectful, and made the entire experience fun and not daunting like car shopping can so often be. He didn’t hesitate to reach out and answer any questions we had while we were deciding, and was happy to guide us once we came back and decided to get this beautiful car. My son will be SO happy with this (surprise!) as his first car. Jerry was great too, and was flexible in working with our budget. The entire process with him was quick and painless. Would definitely not purchase any used car from this used car lot. On April 4th I purchased an 2016 mini cooper from. I was told everything worked perfectly and that there mechanic looked over the car and that the only thing wrong was a break sensor. I get about 10miles down and the car check engine light comes on followed by a pull over right away before causing major damage to engine light comes. Call the dealership and they where so post to tow my car back to dealership come to find out they drive the car back to dealerships ship that night , 20 days later Steve tell me my car is fixed and ready to go and even after the car shop he brought it to told him the timing chain needs to be replaced he refused to fix it . So I get in the car and drive a half of a mile down the road same check engine light came on . I brought the car back and then was told well you bought the car as is . It’s your problem. I get hope to find after they changed the oil they stripped the oil pan drain plug, now I got a car that need repair and also a oil leak in my drive way

Do NOT trust this dealership! Long story short, we were promised a deal from 2 employees. We drove over 800 miles round trip, stayed in a hotel, and spent nearly $400 in gas there and back because Steve told us we were good to go on a deal of trading our 2017 paid off Ram for a 2017 Mercedes + $3k cash on top. They had all information they needed before we came including vin, pictures, videos, carfax, insurance documents, etc. We have text proof that the deal was approved from his boss. We arrived and test drove the Mercedes while they test drove our Ram. We came back inside and Steve said he loved it and was passing us off to Shawn, the finance manager, to complete the deal. We sat down at his desk to be immediately told that this deal was news to him and he couldn’t honor our deal. We immediately explained how his employees have told us countless times the deal was on and to make the trip there. He didn’t care. He had no remorse. We explained we traveled over 7 hours, spent money on gas, food, travel expenses, all while I’m 6 months pregnant and have our 3 year old with us. He had no compassion whatsoever. He said he just never heard of our truck before that moment and that the best he could do was the even trade with no money on top. We could of did that in Little Rock! We only traveled because we wanted to downsize to a car because our huge lifted ram is too much on our growing family, but also wanted the $3k to buy an old truck to use for our work vehicle. This whole thing could of been avoided if Steve or Shawn would have been honest. They planned this whole scheme to get us there and try to low ball us thinking we’d just accept since we drove so far. I’d never give them the time or day or our business!
