My service advisor Aubry was very professional and courteous. He is reliable and helpful. He took the extra step to diagnose my Diesel GMC. Made me feel like I am in safe hands and Ithat I really matter. Thank you Aubry for caring you are doing a great job!
Outstanding Customer Service from beginning to end. I’ve bought every vehicle I own and My Family has also since 1976. Gerry Lane makes you feel like family and they do it at the highest professional level. That’s why I keep coming back.
Was just looking around at vehicles in a comfortable price range and I did with the help of salespersons Tramayne Trench, TJ, and Darryl Hobdy in finance, he was very helpful with the finance of my new '26 Buick Envista! My '98 Gmc truck wouldn't start when I was ready to leave, They tried to give the truck a jump but nothing. Left the truck in the parking lot and drove my new Buick home. I came back the next morning and Tramayne used one of the trucks with a bigger battery to give my truck a jump. After the truck crank up he drove it to the front of building and parked it and let it run to build up the battery while I was signing final paperwork and talking with Insurance company to purchase a 12 month auto insurance policy. He also let me use his desk cause I had to sign back on my laptop for work. I greatly appreciate Mr. Tramayne Trench! He went far and beyond to help give my Ole truck a jump and get it going again. I will definitely recommend GMC-Buick at Gerry Lanes on Florida Blvd. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles was looking at and answered all my questions about the vehicle before and during the test drive. He was very courteous and helpful. Thanks again Tramayne!
Excellent job from start to finish from Jerry Lane. I appreciate their cooperation and throw us throughout the whole process of installing a new radiator. Also, they were communicative even though I live seven hours away.
