So much has changed at this place. New ownership, better cars at better prices! And the warranty time/mileage has now doubled! If a mistake is made or something is overlooked (THEY’RE USED CARS) I know first hand they will do their best to remedy the issue! There are many checklists in place to ensure no mistakes are made and things are not overlooked but in the rare occasion it does, they are EAGER to remedy the issue! They want you satisfied, HAPPY even! I’d definitely feel comfortable buying my next car for YouDrive!
I had a great experience working with Jason at You Drive Auto Sales. He was friendly, honest, and never made me feel pressured throughout the buying process. He took the time to answer all of my questions, made everything easy to understand, and was upfront every step of the way. Customer service like this is hard to find, and it’s clear that Jason genuinely cares about helping his customers find the right vehicle.
