From the moment I walked in everyone was very informational, friendly, and helpful. Also I had a Nissan Sentra 2005 for a trade-in and in comparison to the other places I looked at. They worked with me for my down payment. What really stood out was their warranty — much better than what I was seeing elsewhere.
