I know we all have a trust issue with car dealers, attorneys and mechanics are they rarely be honest with you. I personally have plenty bad experiences with car dealers. When I looked up the Google review of this dealer, I got very nervous. I told myself I will skip this place. But, after almost a month looking around other dealers, I got disappointed. Cars either overrated or very expensive. So, I decided to give this place a shot. Here is my experience in this place very shortly. Shortly after I got there, the sale person who he is a young gentleman, gave me a good overview about their inventory. He asked me how much I am ready to spend. So, he gave me 5 options they had. I picked this Prius 2011. This the only time a dealer tells me what I should expect from a used car. I loved their honesty. He explained financing process in details. They did the expection and washed the car. I got my car. I am very happy with my deal which is almost 1k less than what other places asked.

Called them in the morning to see about a 2014 Pathfinder SV specifically. The salesman said no problem it is here and ready, come anytime between 10am-6pm. I got there at 430pm that same day and the vehicle was off by some other cars with visible damage and he told me that it is in fact not ready because they have to change the alternator. I looked at the vehicle and it had damage from two separate accidents that weren't reported. I told him this and he said that he could only take off $450 from the price. After being lied to and feeling cheated without even starting a vehicle I told him that the range for the vehicle price is $6,000-8,400, he said that it was the best he could do. So I told him to get better with communication and customer service and be honest with people. I then told him he was getting a 1* review and to have a great day.
