We searched the entire country, and this vehicle’s perfect condition, amazing service history, and below-market pricing far exceeded every other competitive used Volvo out there.What truly sets Tom Gray Motorsports apart is what happened after the sale. A repair issue surfaced the day after we bought it. For a small auto dealer, their commitment to service and support far eclipsed anything we expected—and frankly, far more than what any large dealership would have done. They stepped right up and took care of it. Tommy and Kelly focus on acquiring excellent vehicles and go way beyond the call of duty to exceed expectations. They make you realize there are still truly honest, sincere, and trustworthy people in the used car business. We highly recommend them and hope they will be immensely blessed for the incredible goodwill they offer to their community!

I had a great experience with Tom Gray Motorsports. After I drove the car, they fixed everything that I asked for and were very accommodating through the whole process. Kelly was very friendly and answered all my questions and followed through with all the things he said he would do. In fact, Kelly and Megan kept my dog Bogart in the air conditioned office while I test drove the car, he too, was very satisfied!

We just purchased a Porsche Macan for Valentines Day and this was by far the easiest vehicle purchase we have ever made!!! Everyone was so great to work with and we drove 2 hours just to purchase from them. Highly recommend you visit their lot because you will not be disappointed with the service and the friendly environment. Thank you all for my beautiful SUV!!!

I wish I had listened to the 1-star reviews. Please take the warnings seriously—do not buy a vehicle from Tom Gray Auto Sales. I explicitly asked salesman Kelly if there were any mechanical issues or problems with the car, and he assured me there were none ("NO"). As soon as I signed the paperwork and got the car home, the truth came out: • The backup camera screen was glitched/purple. • Neither key fob worked. • There was a chip in the windshield. • The battery completely died within two days. • The radiator and hoses needed full replacement. • Car fax showed no wreck or damage. However, the side back door had dents and repaired cheaply and the running board on that side is leaning. Not put on properly. • Driver window quit working and the two back needs replacing also. • Tom had the paint or touch up the vehicle before sale to make it look “clean.” Clearly shows and it will need repainting on top. • Missing arm rests on passenger side. They are completely untrustworthy and unethical. If you ignore the 1-star warnings like I did, you will end up writing a review just like this one. Avoid this place at all costs! The 1-star reviews exist for a reason—they operate unethically and Tom Gray cannot be trusted. You have been warned!

I strongly caution anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from Tom Gray Motorsports. I bought a 2016 Porsche Cayenne S E-Hybrid in March. Salesman Kelly Kearney told me the vehicle was in perfect mechanical condition and assured me that if the hybrid battery failed, he could get a replacement for approximately $1,000 and had someone who could install it. We specifically requested a battery-health check, but he refused. Only three months later, after multiple hybrid system failure notifications the hybrid battery failed completely. Porsche quoted me approximately $40,000 for a replacement and installation. I later confirmed with Porsche of Louisville that this exact vehicle had been in its shop about one month before my purchase and that Tom Gray Motorsports had been informed the hybrid battery was not working properly. This serious issue was never disclosed to me before the sale. I contacted Tom Gray Motorsports and gave them an opportunity to help resolve the situation, but they refused. Based on my experience, I was seriously misled about the vehicle’s condition and the true cost of a battery replacement. I am now seeking legal counsel.
