Noah and Jeff treated me like family throughout the car buying experience . When I had any issues or questions in the buying process they addressed them. They offered me an incredible deal. They put brands new tires , brakes and rotors and fixed any issues that I brought up . They helped our family to get our dream truck and I will be grateful for many years . I'm definitely recommending them to my neighbors and friends .

Even though the papers say "no Warranties," they have stood behind the product rather than the paper(they replaced a plastic piece that fell off from beneath the engine). Where do I even begin? From the moment we walked in with my three children, Jeff and his team were absolutely amazing. They immediately offered my kids snacks, water, and toys, which made us feel so comfortable right away. There was zero pressure to buy, just genuine help and support throughout the entire process. Jeff and his team was there for us from start to finish, making everything, especially financing, simple and straightforward. He truly went above and beyond, as did his wife. We ended up purchasing an Acura MDX, and it’s in excellent condition and drives beautifully. I’m in love with it! The morning of, my mother’s car died. We stopped by on a whim. Noah was joy to deal with. Very approachable and mild mannered. He made the experience for my mother and I as easy as it could be considering. I’m grateful there are decent folk in this line of business that exist in Ky.
