Gardner Used Cars

I'd been considering it for about six months, but wanted to stick with my Sequoia. Long story, but I decided it was time for an upgrade and I needed it ASAP. I'd already dealt with this long established, family-owned dealership before with my friend and knew of the rep of nice cars. I went in for something older on the website (a Toyota van that didn't grab me when I got there..) but then saw this beauty; hadn't been there long enough to make the website ;) Test drove three just to be sure and this gal HAD to come home! I feel like I have a BRAND NEW car. Best experience ever! Very satisfied with the reasonable price for a WELL maintained, loved van with great service records!! No smells, even have original window sticker. I'm kind of obsessed with my new ride/dog-mobile! :) and the color/blacktop pkg is icing..wow

This car lot and the people who run it are great! I have had major issues at other buy here pay here lot’s but these guys are different. Everyone on here complaining was either rude to them or didn’t make their payments on time. I bought a truck as is no warranty and had a couple small issues. Mr. Seacrest and his team addressed every issue even though they didn’t have to as I bought the vehicle as is no warranty. So before you go bashing these folks make sure you treat them the way you would want to be treated. Will definitely do business in the future. Thanks GARDNER AND TEAM!!

I bought my Jeep Liberty here some time ago and paid for it all at once, having saved up my money. It was a fine vehicle and they were very decent with me. I recommend them as a seller. They always seem to have a nice selection. I think it's important you shop in person to see it up close, not just on-line.

This is a honest dealership Family type atmosphere.. Great customer service and I give them five stars all the way around. If you wanna get a great deal? I promise you, come to gardeners. You will not be disappointed⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!!

recently bought a car from Gardner , I'd like to start by saying that overall the vehicle isn't horrible, so far. other than the fact it was priced about $1000 over blue book and there's interest on top of that. In the beginning Tyler and Ralph seem helpful but once you agree on the car they seem to be no longer interested. I had a security indicator light come on but Gardner did take care of it and fixed it! it just took a week. before you buy really look over the vehicle I didn't pay close enough attention and my suv has a different side mirror and the electric to it doesn't work all that well. so I did a carfax which I should have done before hand well the vehicle has been in a few accidents that I wasn't aware of and I wouldn't have purchased it knowing. I had other concerns or requests from Tyler and tried to communicate with him through messenger but After I purchased he stopped returning my messages not even to say he could or couldn't help with my requests and Ralph after stopping to see him and had some questions he said he would get back to me but like Tyler no return call. I even sent a text through the communication options they give you on their website but again no response. You better believe if you're late on your payment because if they call you and you don't respond they will be frustrated for the lack of communication and will have your vehicle shut off and just an FYI they require you to carry the lowest possible deductibles for your car insurance which will make your insurance incredibly more expensive, they want you to believe because its a family business they will treat you like family its just business for them and they don't care about you just make your payments or they will turn off your car with a engine immobilizer they put on all their vehicles. also if you are buying the vehicle for someone else or for you but others will be driving it take them with you I made that mistake my fiancé does not like my suv at all to the point she wants us to buy a car somewhere else and return this suv and just take it the lose. well If you read this long review I hope it helps in your decision weather or not to get a car here, just research about vehicles you're interested in since a lot of their cars have high miles and do a carfax and keep your expectations low unfortunately
