I have been with this company for 2 years and they have been such an amazing team. Always willing to help and very understanding on life mishaps. They work with their customers and will do all they can to help. I am almost finished with my payment and even then they are still understanding and liable today.

Good experience. Tonya and Ramone were helpful in the purchase process. Ramone went above and beyond and found me a car when I couldn’t find one I wanted. Tonya was kind, informal, and down to earth. Great experience.

Bought a car from them and payed it off thank God but I recently referred my brother to them which he got a car thru them and I was told I would receive a referral for their referral program.. what did they do ? they assured me I would get my referral and ounce my brother got the car I went months calling them every Friday about my referral they gave me the run around kept telling me to call back call at a later time.. no u need to call Dixie finance not approved auto the guy that promise me Anthony Davis did not hold his end and when I talked to him he act like he didn’t know what I was talking about.. this place is a decent place to get a vehicle if u have bad credit and no other options.. a lot of their cars have high miles and lots of problems, (I had to get my car fixed numerous times before paying it off) I’d advised looking elsewhere if u have your stuff just a little bit together but if u known for paying late missing payments bad credit low income.. then this may be the place for you

So I would advise nobody to go to this place. Literally, I called him and asked him several times. If they could help me due to circumstances with ex-husbands and step. I explain my situation to them. The guy said yeah come on in when I got their test over card that he wanted to put me and not something that I wanted. And then to ask me how much the car was. I told him how much I had down payment. I told him and he was OK with that. Told me I was gonna go out the door with that car. Got my hopes all up and then asked me for four more money and then when I told him I could pay more money she was like well. We can’t help you and just really rude to me was on the phone and then I heard them in the other room, talking bad about me, and now he’s harassing me and send me a text messages. Never go there make me feel like Am garbage It was so bad I didn’t even wait for my ride come back get me i walk down road They don’t want help anyone Just want make every one feel bad Madre me cry walking down road Do not ever go to the guy named Spencer or the woman. I think. She said her name is Tammy. Now he calling and Harassing me making me feel more worse

I was sold a car with the check engine light disconnected. After three months I was never given the title nor did the car pass a safety inspection. Had to seek legal counsel to get refunded. I would not recommend anyone purchase vehicles from them. I've heard nothing but bad experiences dealing with this ar dealership
