Bought Yukon from Craven, purchasing process was a breeze in and out within an hour or so. Drove 4 hours out of state to get the truck, everything was accurately described. These guys let me come right at the end of the day on a Friday and stayed late to do paperwork. Good dudes. Put 25k miles on the Yukon so far not a single issue. would definitely do business again!

I already left a review but wanted to leave another one because of the exceptional experience I have received. After my purchase my car had a mechanical issue and I let John know and he quickly said for me to get the car to them and they would take care of it. Within 24 hours they had replaced a thermostat on the car and did this for free! I’ve never experienced such a quick and wonderful response from anyone! It’s an old car, a 2008 of course I knew it was purchased as is but they wanted it to be running perfectly for me. I can say enough how grateful I am and how much I recommend everyone who needs a nice used car to go to Craven’s Cars!

We spoke to a salesman many times. The pictures posted on the Internet were very clean and said it was in great shape. After driving 3 1/2 hours, we found that the car was filthy dirty and the air-conditioning did not work. Getting an air conditioner fixed can be an expensive venture so we drove home without the car. Wasted a very long trip for nothing. Very upset with the salesman.
