We had a vehicle challenge within minutes of closing on a Saturday night. The guys at Auto Outlet were able to take a look and were very personable, helpful & gracious to get us back on the road in a timely manner. So very thankful for their service.

Best car buying experience ever. Mike the Hammerhead was down to earth and did a great job with the last car sale of the year 2013 (End of the year deal). Not only did he sell me a car but he kept me laughing the whole time!! Pretty boy Patrick did great at making you feel at home offering refreshments etc... And Jeremy the main squeeze made the final deal!! Great job guys, I would recommend anyone to you all to buy cars!! The only down fall is they are mostly U of L fans other then that they are awesome!!

Don't waste your time going to this car. Lot, because once you tell them you're going to make the payment the next day, they'll come and take your car and then jack it up with prices

Wouldn't go back if you paid me! I spent 2 years trying to have productive interactions with members in Finance, as well as the service department. I even spoke with the owners who were very rude. My advice is stay away, if you do decide to buy here keep documentation of everything. Not only paperwork, take video as well as recordings of conversations. I had a lawyer involved and they just simply don't care!!! Very long story...

They want 4000 dollars more than blue book value for most of their cars. Talked on the phone for 30 seconds. After I mentioned he wants double what his car is worth he immediately started acting rude over the phone and then hung up. After reading these other reviews it's safe to say don't do business with them.
