Collins Auto Sales LLC

Friendly fast the vehicle had some minor issues with it then I went to pick it up but they took care of it quickly and also put a new radio in.

Been going through Collin’s Auto Sales for over 6 years and have had nothing but a great experience! Great customer service. Very reliable vehicles and trusting mechanics! Couldn’t recommend them enough! Extremely satisfied!

Two months ago I bought a 2011 Smart Fortwo From Collins auto sales put $1000 down put a little over $3000 worth of work into it. It was still running pretty bad. They told me to bring it down to them. They’d see what they could do first calls me and tells me to take it to Mercedes-Benz. I asked about being put into a different car and was told after I talked to the two ladies that all that was wrong with the mini was the stereo I said I don’t care about the stereo but then Ferris turns around and says all there’s all this wrong with it this wrong with it if you want another car, you gotta put another thousand dollars or more down highly recommend not going here. They will rip you off.

I want to share my experience with Collins Auto Sales. Most of the staff have been kind and respectful. I’ve never had issues with Feris or Lou. However, my experience with Kathy was very disappointing. From the first day I got the car, it had problems. The air didn’t work, the car started jerking, and I was told it was the high-pressure fuel pump but that wasn’t the issue. Later the car went into low engine mode and would barely move. I eventually found out the alternator needed to be replaced and paid to have it fixed. While I was at the ER with my nephew, a young woman who was sitting in the car (and has the mental capacity of a young child) said a man used a key to get into the vehicle while she was still inside, started it, and demanded she get out or he would call the police. She became extremely scared and thought he was going to drive off with her still inside the car. The situation traumatized her so badly that she ended up having a seizure. When I later explained what happened, Kathy responded by saying she “looked fine” and that if I had made my payment none of this would have happened. I take responsibility for being in default, but I also didn’t have the money to keep paying for something that seemed like it was already at the end of its life and barely working. I truly hope Collins Auto Sales continues to grow and prosper, but I hope situations like this are handled with more professionalism and compassion in the future.

When I went there the two ladies kept pushing issue at this truck I was wanting to look at ,they put on new tires exhaust system and come to find out they put no new tires on it it come in the auto lot with the tires that were on it so they lied to me. The truck I was looking at was pretty ragged out I looked it up and in excellent shape which it was not was five and a half to $6,000 and they act like they were sitting on a gold mine. I would never do business with them ever. They are looking for a sucker for that truck and I'm not one that will bit into it!!!!
