Just recently bought a car here and I couldn’t say better things. They’re not just professional, but very kind and truly go above and beyond in caring for their customers. If you’re in need of a vehicle for a great price and want excellent customer service, give them a visit!

I just moved to Lexington and needed a car the day of and went to a million dealerships that were all sketchy and overpriced. On the last one of the day I ended up here and they had a bright red convertible chrystler crossfire I really wanted with low miles. They were very helpful especially the owners son and helped me fill out the paperwork quickly and were honest about accident history and even and took 2 grand off purchase price for me. They even inspected the car again for me with the mechanic right before I bought since I had some concerns. Overall really good experience and nice people only complaint was it was slightly overpriced for being rebuilt title and the convertible top has to be manually moved but I think that’s worth it to pay a little more to deal with a trustworthy and nice dealership.

Bought a 2012 Subaru Outback money pit that leaked transmission fluid. Wish the people were honest enough so I did t have to spend 9k on it only to replace the transmission, head gasket, transmission valve cover all within a span of 2 years. Bought it in late 21 lasted to late 23. The vehicle I finally have the heart to accept that I lost almost 20k on it. I just can’t buy from here again. Maybe it was a simple lemon. This car is still sitting in my driveway unfortunately.

Bought a 2016 Masersti Ghibli here for my son and had a ok experience as far as the interaction went and overall transaction, but that's were it ends. I thought with it being "serviced", which was done by the owners brother or something at another repair shop, and having the timing chain replaced that this issue would be behind me due to the high mileage. We'll we did not even make it to the first payment..right away had to get a new battery, spark plugs replaced that had tips missing, and coil packs due to multiple misfire. Then it gets worse, the timing jumps and destroys the engine. Now it sat at the repair shop waiting for a engine replacement. So I stopped by and talked with the owner to see if any thing could be worked out since they "fixed" the timing... got the run around and was told I should just be happy my son was alive and told me he would talk to his family shop thay did the work and I will call you back. Never heard back, 10k engine replacement on a 15k car. Worst situation ever, and not a single care in the world from this car lot.

Save yourself time, money and aggravation and DO NOT purchase from this car lot. Paid them $10,600 for a 2016 Ford explorer in cash. Within 4 days started having problems with the car. Come to find out it has a blown head gasket so it needs a whole new motor. To top it off they “gave” us a powertrain warranty that we cannot use because we’ve not had ownership of the car for more than 30 days. Dealership keeps giving us the runaround and won’t answer the phone unless you call them no caller id and also won’t answer Facebook messages so obviously they know what they did. Honest people don’t try to hide only COWARDS do. Save yourself the trouble and don’t get scammed like we did.
