In April, I purchased a 2016 Toyota Sienna LE. On June 30th, while driving, I encountered an unpleasant noise emanating from the front of the vehicle. I promptly contacted Toyota South, who attempted to charge me for repairs that had been performed less than 10,000 miles ago. Subsequently, I reached out to Brad, who advised me to bring the vehicle to his service center. Upon arrival, they promptly retrieved the vehicle and commenced repairs. Brad took the time to explain to me why the repairs recommended by Toyota South were unnecessary. Upon my departure, Brad contacted me later that day to inform me that the extended warranty I had purchased would cover the majority of the repairs, with the exception of one specific part. I informed Brad that I lacked the financial resources to purchase the remaining part at that time but expressed my intention to do so in the future. The following day, Brad contacted me to inform me that my vehicle was ready for pickup and that there would be no charge. The service department is exceptional, while the sales department is also commendable. Both departments consist of upright and honest individuals. I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership and having your vehicle serviced there.

We had a great experience from the time we stepped onto the lot. We purchased a 2021 Ram after our last vehicle was totaled. They listened to what we were looking for payment wise and got us into the vehicle without much hassle at all. Very nice people to work with.

Great sales department, not so great service department. I bought my Lexus here and I love the car. Excellent experience and very smooth with the purchase. Although, I went to service my car here and was not greeted with such a great experience. I was scheduled for an oil change on Memorial Day, during which they were closed. I re-scheduled again and was made to wait in the lobby because I was “scheduled for the wrong time”. I will say I was offered a 5 dollar discount, but 5 bucks isn’t worth an hour and half of my wasted time. I do not mean to give a biased review, I would highly recommend you buy a car from here, but I do wish their service department was more professional.

Buying process was quick and easy. However, I was not told the 16.99% interest rate when financing through them, even though I specifically asked. The question was avoided, and I was given the impression the rate wasn’t available yet, despite being given a payment. That felt very misleading and left me feeling taken advantage of. The same night I bought the car, the mirror adjustment dial broke off while I was driving home. It appeared it had already been glued previously, and the fix did not hold. When I asked about replacing it (and was willing to pay for the part myself), I was told “normally people just leave it like that,” and it was simply glued again. That was extremely frustrating, especially right after purchasing the car—I expected it to be in solid condition, not have parts falling off immediately. I also purchased a warranty through them, but based on these experiences, I’m concerned about how helpful it will actually be if issues come up. I really wanted to be satisfied with and trust the whole process but it’s really left a bad taste in my mouth. Though they seemed very nice and I’m very open to changing my opinion based on future experiences with them.

Went in September to get new tires and oil changed. Just opened my hood for the first time today since. Noticed the engine cover was missing. Called them and was very rude and stated they did not have it. I know it was on it because I just changed the battery out a few days before myself. If you use them make sure none of your parts have been stolen. I have filed a criminal complaint against them.
