Again! They are good about putting you in a car. But buyer be aware, bring a mechanic check it out. If you cannot take it out test drive do not buy it. They will use a new windshield for an excuse! I trusted and it cost me my mistake! George , & staff say they put new tires on it so the first few days I had to go to a funeral in Nebraska and the front end was shaking well come to find out they did not balance the tires because it would not do any good do to it needed an alignment! & struts! They put the new tires on to cover it up!! Then it had oil leaks! Also Had to replace the radiator had A hole in it! Electrical window panels work part time pasenger side worked 3 times and now it is currently affecting the drivers side! I informed George i would be good on payments just put me in something reliable! Well did not happened. Now im paying for it in payments!! and for their neglect!! Like I said I could not drive it off the lot to test drive! That should of been a alert but I trusted them. Then I tried to get them to trade it in they could not even do that! And it cost me dearly! Buyer be aware!! Bring a mechanic! Also They will not admit to their neglect!! and demand to take it on the highway! Buy at risk or it could cost you! My experience here! Also I asked for machanic records did not received it! The front end is what ate my lunch the most! BS.

I got a car back in 2007 and it was in the shop at least 5 times for transmission going bad and so I gave car back with only owing around 700$ LEFT TO PAY mind you 2007 almost 20 yrs ago and here I get a garnishment out of my check 20 yrs later for 1,900$ and taking 175 a week out i called lawyer for them offered to settle out for 1,000$ payoff these people are so greedy they told him 1,200 now this is a 20 yr old volunteer return of vehicle after almost paid off and in the shop more than we drove it these people are something else after 20 yrs on a debt that I was told I would not be charged for now your lawyer is tarnishing my check 20 yrs later shame on you people stay away from these people

Wish I could give zero stars. Went to this dealership after buying our truck from the dealership in Winfield. Needed a new crank shaft seal and oil change. They had to “get tools from another shop” just to fix the seal and then didn’t change the oil “because it looked clean” even though it hasn’t been changed for a year. When we asked about the check engine light transmission codes they assured it was nothing. 60 days later and we are waiting for a new transmission, from a different shop of course. I will never be back and wouldn’t recommend these people to my worst enemy.

I bought my car February 2025, I found out my horn didn't work about 3 weeks after I bought it when someone almost hit me and I attempted to honk my horn, but no sound came out. I had to argue with Gorge just to get him to fix it, he was trying to find a way to make it my fault so they could charge me. Ultimately, they had to admit that they sold me a car with a faulty horn and with reluctance did it at no cost. Then I went to go get it tag just to find out that my vin inspection was done august of last year so i had to set an appointment to get on done. Today I went and had my car inspected by Kansas Highway Patrol dues to my car having a Missouri title just for them to tell me that Winfield Motors gave me the wrong title, that there is a new title out there and the one the car company gave me was outdated. IT IS ILLEAGL FOR THEM TO SELL ANY CARS WITHOUT HAVING THE PROPER TITLE. I went to try and get this fixed. He tried to take my paperwork and say they would look into it. I asked about getting another temp tag until all of it was taking care of. GORGE said that if I got a ticket he would pay for it. WRONG ANSWER. Then he tried to take all my documents and keep my car and say they would give me a car to drive until they figured it out. (WRONG ANSWER) They should have a copy of every document that was giving to me so why do you need my copies. Why can't you give me another tag until you get the RIGHT TITLE to my car to, I can get it registered because the highway patrol said that I HAVE THE WRONG TITLE. So please CHECK YOUR TITLES, Make sure that title they gave you is the right title for your car. I JUST WANT EVERYONE TO KNOW IT IS ILLEGAL TO BE SOLD A CAR WITHOUT THEM GIVING YOU THE PROPER TITLE, IT IS ILLEGAL FO THEM TO SELL YOU A CAR WITH NO HORN AND THAT IF IT HAS MISSING FUNCTION THAT IS A DANGER TO YOUR SAFTELY AND OTHER (MECHANICAL). IF A CAR COMPANY DOES THIS AND YOU CAN PROVE IT YOU HAVE A LAWSUIT. NEVER GIVE THEM YOUR ORGINAL DOCUMENTS IF THEY ASK, ALWAYS GIVE COPIES.
