Her vehicle ended up being totaled, which was devastating since she relies on it for weekly travel across the Midwest for work. purchased a 2022 GMC Terrain from Super Car Guys for $22,000 with 71,000 miles, and my experience has been extremely frustrating. The day I drove it home, I noticed the dipstick tube was left halfway out. Since then, the push-to-start and battery have been constantly problematic—some days it takes 3-4 tries to start, other days almost 20 attempts. I’ve reached out multiple times to get this issue addressed, but every time I’m told “we need to speak with management,” and I’ve yet to hear back. This has been going on for almost a month, and I’ve already spent over $400 out-of-pocket on a battery and negative terminal replacement. Overall, I am very disappointed with both the car and the lack of customer service. Would not recommend.

The single most unprofessional experience I have ever encountered. I have attempted to come in to sign finalized paperwork four times now. Each time I have set up an appointment with either the general manager or financier. Each time I have been told "they're not here, come back later". An employee even saw fit to give me attitude when I pointed all of this out along with the frustration of repeatedly having to drive out for no reason. All of this for a car sold to me with a cracked windshield and nonfunctioning key fob. I would recommend quite literally anywhere else for your next car purchase.

Buying a car does suck imagine purchasing a car from this company and not have said car for 30 days and check engine light comes on...took it to their service department was told that the catalytic converter is bad and i gotta pay $470 to get it fixed plus an extra $100 for them to tell me why the light was on...the expirence of this process has been horrible...would not recommend them to nobody
