Walser Auto Campus | Wichita

My wife and I had a great experience with Lexus of Wichita - Walser Group. Thanks to Rosalie Isern who took care of the sale. She walked us through the steps of buying a car online, which we've never done before. She answered all our questions and provided great information regarding the vehicle as well as optional packages for extended protections. She made extra efforts to get us the best deal. After she explained the shipping process, we opted to have the car shipped to us. Rosalie made the whole thing seamless and within a few days from initial contact we took delivery of a beautiful Lexus. Thank you again Rosalie, my wife loves her new car!!

Great experience trying to figure out the right car to buy. Kyle Stenzel was very honest and forthright comparing models even from competitors. After purchasing my Acura MDX Type S, I traveled to Minnesota and had questions on how to disable certain features. Contacted Kyle who responded right away and answered my questions.

Aydn helped me purchase my new Jaguar and made the whole experience friendly, professional, and I felt like I was heard every step of the buying process. Will definitely be returning whenever I need another vehicle! I recommend Walser to everyone!

Had a great experience at Walser! Gloria Le did a fantastic job throughout the whole process. When I arrived to see a specific car it was ready for me up front, and the whole car buying process went very smoothly. I would recommend Gloria to all my friends and family if they were in the market for a used or new vehicle! If you are in the market for a vehicle, go work with Gloria at Acura!

There after the sale, Customer Service is not very good. Especially if you have any kind of extended warranty. They charge you a diagnosis fee of $184 and then they charge you additional monies to tear apart the car and locate the problem and then they submit the claim to The warranty. Even the Lexus warranty. Jason there head of service is awful to work with. The individual advisors are very nice and very helpful. Bad experience with this place.
