Wonderful experience when buying my new Colorado! My salesman person, “Big Al”, is the best. He made sure that I was happy, comfortable with every step in the process of buying and understood the technology of the truck. Johnathon spoke with me personally as we discussed the price of the truck. He listened to me and dealt with me in a professional manner. As a woman I have not always had a pleasant experience at car dealerships. Not at Davis-Moore, I was treated with respect and courtesy at every level.

I went in first thing this morning for a tire rotation and an oil change. You know what puts a smile on a person's face first thing in the morning???? Another person greeting you with a bigger smile on his face. The service team goes above and beyond what a customer's expectations are. Mike is my service writer if that's the correct word. I'm not sure which mechanic worked on my challenger today. I wanted to send in a review let everyone know they are greatly appreciated.

I was VERY PLEASED with the service I received on my Mazda at Davis-Moore Mazda. I had a significant issue with my car requiring my entire engine to be replaced. Tangela Ross, Service Consultant, was quick to identify the issue as potentially covered by an extended Mazda warranty. She responded swiftly & investigated the matter. She was able to confirm the repair was covered under the extended Mazda warranty & kept in frequent contact with me during the entire nerve-racking ordeal. Her quick & caring response, along with the diligence she showed in following up on this issue, made me very appreciative and glad to be a Mazda customer. We have purchased 3 Mazdas & when we are ready for our next car, it will be a Mazda! Myself & my family very much appreciate the people & the QUALITY of service we receive at Davis-Moore Mazda Service!

Purchased my 2021 silverado on 4/24/26. Had engine trouble in less than a week. Repairs were done. Few weeks later just past their 30day warranty came up with a much worse engine problem. Now, no help with cost of repair. I don't even have the truck tagged yet! Don't purchase from this dealership. Not honorable people! By the way I've worked for spirit/ Boeing for 20yr. I will tell them about my experience. Update! I changed the part out myself. Took more time to find the right socket than to change the part. Ignition coil on number 4 cylinder. 50 bucks for the part, 5min to change. So simple my 10yr old could have done it! Dealership wanted 500$!!!! Do better folks! They also chipped the paint on my driver's door handle.
