ICT AUTO LLC

After buying a vehicle at ICT, it was a wonderful experience with these guys they are professionals and they do a very good job. They were patient and respectful, was no pressure whatsoever which is rare. I’m thankful for them. Very highly recommended If you want to buy a car stop here.

I bought my car from them almost two years ago and have only had to replace the battery. I'm happy with my purchase and plan on making another in the future.

I bought a car from Sam on 2/21/25 and it was such an easy experience. He was very kind and not pushy as most salesmen are. I would 100% recommend this dealership for your next car.

Paid $5,000 for a mustang It lasted 30 days they refused warranty did nothing to help. They cut corners and put cars out for sale that still need lots of repairs. I will never buy another vehicle here will never recommend this business to anybody fair warning if you're looking to buy here.

The WORST dealership for auto cars. Most if not all have pre-existing issues. The owner or manager SAM will say anything just to get the vehicle off the lot like tell you if you have any issues they will come for the car and fix which is a complete lie. He’ll tell you you’ll need to tow their defective car in at your expense, complete opposite of their empty promises and even try to charge you for whatever is wrong with them. 0 star rating I would give them if I could. I recommend any other dealership that isn’t at 1817 N. Broadway. Stay away.
