Bought a 2008 Honda Civic Hybrid here In 2018, they Later fixed a few small things that I asked (sunvisor was broken). Paid cash that day so I cannot speak for their finance department experience. Needless to say, I paid a fair price for a higher mileage vehicle that was great on fuel and hasn’t let me down (after many MANY more miles) mechanically. The vehicle transaction was smooth and quick and I had my vehicle within an hour. Purchase process was fine, just know you’re getting a used vehicle here. You never know how hard the previous owners have been on a vehicle, don’t get high expectations or think just cause you have to finance that you’re getting a new car that’s going to last forever.

THEY WILL SCAM YOU!! DO NOT COME HERE!! The Intoxalock systems went down on Friday night, the same day I needed a calibration. I go here after I get off of work and have to run across the street to give them cash, cool — as I run back they have their gate closed and are in the middle of broadway Ave in his car handing me my device, I hand him the cash and he drives off. I plug in my device, doesn’t work. I go to a new interlock location that is WONDERFUL (NOT THIS PLACE) who let me know the systems were down so that I wouldn’t be able to be helped until they were up. This dude straight took my money and drove off and I haven’t been able to get ahold of them since and have called multiple times!! So now I’m out of that money and will still get a violation thanks to this guy who could’ve just let me know that he was not able to help me and let me keep my cash lol. Instead they took my money and left me stranded on Broadway lmfao. DONT GIVE THEM BUSINESS!!!

They will send you to get cash knowing the servers are down, close up before you come back, give you a faulty device and you wont be able to get ahold of them again. DONT COME HERE FOR INTOXALOCK THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND GIVE YOU A FAULTY DEVICE!!

Really really bad. Jeff is the only redeeming part of this business, they leave early, do shoddy work. And they are rude. Avoid this place!!

This business has signs for bad credit this business is not the place if you have bad credit this business has signs for in house financing they only will offer that if you buy a vehicle of up to $1,650 this should be clearly visible for all to see it is not . Shady business I had to encounter I was lead to believe with a good down payment of $2000 which was 45% of the vehicle I was looking at good to go by these fine gentleman that run this establishment. I drove more than an HR to this business was told I was good to go but to arrive and I was told I could not get this vehicle they do not help a person with bad credit like me and many Americans today are. To me this is misleading as a company for the salesman to text me a tell me if I don't get it financed they can do in house financing so just fair warning this company does not not work with any bad credit
