Had a great experience here purchasing my 2020 Traverse! Very helpful, nice cars, and they will work with you! In my situation they were very reasonable. Janelle was awesome as well as the other office staff.

Update: Everything I said before is still true, but I have to give them credit (no pun intended): even after I left a negative review, when I ran into trouble staying current, even after I threw a bit of a temper tantrum after getting mixed messages from a new employee, I talked to Shay (I hope I got that right) a couple of times and she is helping me as if I was the sweetest customer she's ever had. THAT isn't something I'd expect from a bad credit lender, and I'm thankful, because I do absolutely love my Jeep. I just wish the sunroof worked. I was really happy with this dealership when I first got my car. The rep I worked with, Angel, was very patient and kind dealing with a guy twice his age who has never actually purchased from a dealership. He even picked me up at home so I could test drive my new car back to the dealership instead of me needing to Uber in. I went in knowing what I wanted and already had my insurance in hand. The purchase was smooth. Or so I thought. When I was talking to Angel, he told me that the car I was buying was salvage. I didn't mind, especially since it's in mostly great condition. The problem came when nobody had contacted me about my title after over a month, and I texted in for an update. I mentioned that since the car was salvage, I knew I needed to take it in to get inspected and I was risking running out of time. To be safe, I asked if they already had it inspected. Angel was out, but someone named Kris responded that my vehicle was not salvaged. Since I didn't need to get it inspected, I scheduled an appointment so I wouldn't have to wait. I got in 2 days before my 60-day tag expired. Sure enough, when they tried to register it they said it was salvaged. They sent me to Kechi, and then back to the main office where I had to wait 2 hours. When I got up to the window and explained what happened, the clerk looked at the paperwork and said "they do this all the time." I asked "dealerships?" She said "No, DriveNow." If that had been the only issue, I could have let it go as a mistake. But around the same time I was trying to get them to get me my title, I received a letter from their financing office threatening me with a bill for insurance because I hadn't provided proof that I had it. DriveNow claimed they didn't know why that would be the case. Their financing company said they never sent in the copy of my POI that I gave them when I purchased the car. Finally, Angel flat out lied to me (or didn't know what he was talking about) about one of the biggest selling points of the car I bought. It's supposed to have an automatic sunroof. He told me that it worked, but that it needed a special key to unlock. I finally ordered that key now that the weather is good, and all the key does is make it so you can remove the panels. They're supposed to work while locked. The entire system just does not work. And, of course, it's not something covered under the warranty. So why not 1-star? Because I actually do like my vehicle, it's for a price that is reasonable, and they made the worst part of the ordeal - getting financing with spotty credit - incredibly easy. If you're desperate for a car, go here. Just don't let the remodel fool you - it's still a South Broadway car dealership.

Family member got a car here and it’s broke down after months and months of promising to fix it now it’s completely un drivable. What’s worse is after several calls trying to get Jenelle on the phone they refuse to call her back despite leaving dozens of messages! Do yourself a favor and find a better place with actual customer service !

$26 dollars 31 days past due is what our car got repoed behind. Other people on Facebook, have had their cars taken for less. I did not want my husband to go to a buy here, pay here for this reason alone. Our son died, and he communicated that with them. He was not late on a payment until the death of our child & he was still giving what he could when he could.. gave them a payment on a Friday and the following Monday they came and took our car. She swore she reached out prior too, and that’s a lie. The only number they have is a Google number that’s tied to 3 different devices. Not one missed called. Looked us in our face and told us it was behind $26. I asked her what was needed to get our car back, she said one full payment. The very next day, she said we had to zero out completely! I told him not to, and I wish I stuck too it. Paying damn there $600 a MONTH for a 2012! His credit is not bad at all, first time buyer. Now because of them, he will have a repo on his credit we will have to work damn hard to get off. Just search the reviews on FACEBOOK, not here. You’ll see first hand how these people roll. Oh not to mentioned, they don’t use tow services. They will pull up 4 men deep in one car, with a set of keys for your car.. get in and drive off! For 3 days I couldn’t get my things out the vehicle, because it had to be scheduled. I have toddlers, car seats were in the car, husband work keys in the car. They did not care! Edit : So funny how the “owner” has responded to EVERYONE but me. They know they were horrible in this situation.
