I have always been against buying from a lot.Friends even my son in law have gotten from lots and had to dump big money into what they bought within weeks of getting.. BUT... These people mostly Krista because she is the one who helped us are amazing. I have never bought a car from a lot.. and haven't had to buy a car in 15 years so I really had no idea how it worked or the process and she helped and went above and beyond with all our questions and setting things up. See in March the 99 Tahoe that's been in the family for 20 years was totalled parked in front of our house by a teenager in the phone. I was heartbroken and a few weeks after a 2001 Tahoe popped up here and I fell in love with it but I wouldn't go look at it because it was at a car lot. Then my wife took me to see it. It was great everything they said it was. Had all the paperwork to verify it was taken care of.Worked with us on the price a little..That was end of March. It has been the best vehicle I have ever had. I love it. Four months now and all I have had to do to it is replace a blinker bulb and windshield wipers. Not one engine problem tire problem still not one leak from anything. Under the hood or under the car.i could go on and on about how great it is.This car lot and these people are what you need if you are looking to buy..Thank you for all you did for us..

I wanna do some adding over here. I trust this business. I developed a personal relationship with this business. I was able to afford a 2017 Chevrolet Cruze LT with a $4,000 down payment in 2 weeks. I grew into my sedan but I wish I had got a 2018 Tahoe though cause I’m a 38 year old laid back light as a feather kind of blasindian who worked for Uber shortly after Dominos assistant manager job and my Full Sail University classes wouldn’t mix well. These people have been holding down their fort and I’ve been thinking about them from time to time patiently waiting for them to come around and find me a 2018 Tesla Model 3 Long Range AWD. If only I was into Scientology more, I could dig into why people feel those ways about a business ethic but I’m sort of a resource less person with limited money and a passion for working for Uber to get me an RV camper from camping world and these people made the beginning of the pandemic a very clean safe way to cope with for having my Chevy Cruze by June 13th, 2019.

Krista was extremely helpful and made sure everything they promised got done.

My husband and I bought a Chevy truck from this place not even 2 months ago. Transmission leak was supposedly fixed when purchased and it took taking it back 3 times to finally get that fixed. Passenger side airbag light was on when we bought it and when we mentioned it, both Kris and Krista said, “we will fix it”. It’s still not fixed and there excuse keeps being that they can’t find the right part. I’m done believing that excuse. Now I’m left driving a death trap. I’ve had to replace the Mass Air Flow Sensor, break pads and rotors on the front, break pads on the rear, an air filter and the knock sensors. When doing the breaks, (which were shot and a safety issue) we saw multiple front end parts going bad. I was told there was nothing wrong with the truck. I was also told by Kris, that if I had ANY problems with the truck to let him know. Should have know that would be a LIE. Husband is now in the process of deep cleaning the engine area while replacing the knock sensors. My husband is having to do all these repairs himself because we cannot afford to hire a mechanic. My husband is on disability and shouldn’t be doing all this! RUN from this car lot. They love to LIE! Hope we aren’t in an accident with someone in the passenger seat (like me). If so, they will probably be killed or seriously hurt thanks to this car lot’s negligence.

Bought an International 7400 and was told 0 rust, truck is in great shape. Kris, lied refused to admit being wrong. We asked for compensation and he refused to take responsibility for misrepresentation of vehicle. Be very careful with purchasing or even talking to Kris. He has repeatedly failed to communicate with us to make it right. Reply to the worst salesman Kris - A business assuming someone is getting drunk and making up excuses is not a business I would want to deal with nor should anyone else. Threatening? We told you we were going to file paperwork which is not threatening, it is informing you. We gave you opportunities to make it right. Transport guy did not catch the truck on fire, because it didn’t catch on fire… the exhaust melted the floor mat because the heat shield was rusty and fell off. That’s part of the complaint! You misrepresented the truck. You knew you bought a lemon at an auction, and you tried to put lipstick on a pig and flip it. We did sell the truck, for scrap because YOU wouldn’t take ownership. Absolutely the worst business to deal with. Be aware people. All we asked for was a refund and we would eat the cost of transportation back of the truck. Kris went baby mode and quit responding back.
