Credit King Auto Sales

This situation is very shady. Why don’t they disclose the vehicle’s price online? It seems they don’t want you to research the vehicle and discover they’re overcharging approximately $5,000. I haven’t even entered Credit King Auto, and now I’m choosing not to go because I can’t compare prices. I’ve also encountered several shady salesmen working at Credit King Auto.

Terrible place. I had my car for a year now and it keeps breaking down and Justin wants $300 every time to fix it. He doesn't even fix it he sends it off to a different place to get it fixed and than another thing breaks down. Don't recommend this car lot.

I applied for a vehicle online and when I followed up on my application they said they don't actually get the applications that go to that system and that they have no idea how to stop that system. So don't apply online at all because they don't 1) know where that information is going and 2) don't have any plans to shut the site down to stop your private information going to God knows who. Based on their reviews overall. Just stop altogether before you get yourself into a really bad situation.

Title: Unpleasant Experience with Credit Kings I wish I could give Credit Kings a better review, but unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. I purchased a Ford F-150 and paid it off in full, but I have yet to receive the title. Despite several attempts to resolve this issue, I have received no results or assistance from their team. Additionally, the buying experience itself was quite unpleasant. During the process, I encountered a heavyset man. (Brian) who was incredibly unprofessional. He sweated profusely and behaved like a bully, creating a tense atmosphere that made the purchase feel more like an interrogation than a transaction. His tyrannical attitude only added to my frustration. Overall, I would not recommend Credit Kings based on my experience. The lack of follow-through on the title and the poor customer service has left me feeling extremely disappointed.

They talk about a referral bonus then keep putting it off every time I went in to the point I gave up on it. Total scam don’t fall for the referral bonus cut it up to a loss. Also said the person who bought the car would have this really good warranty yet when paper work was signed it wasn’t on there and the cost of that was never told when person looked at the vehicle the warranty was like 2500 dollars had they asked to have it on the vehicle. Salesmen there are the most dishonest I’ve ever seen in my life. I say stay away from them. They pry on people with less then perfect credit and they are way over priced and won’t work with you on a car if there is something wrong with it they just say keep looking at others till you find one you like.
