Jimmi was AMAZING! Made our buying experience so smooth and easy! Would definitely shop with James again! Thank you! Would not recommended using their service department! Dropped the car off for a few days and they decided to work on the car the day that I was supposed to pick it back up! There was lack of communication! If I would have known I would have been stuck for days in a hotel waiting for the car I would have never brought it back to be serviced! Can’t even get a GM to contact me! I was even told one would be contacting me!

Tony was straightforward and knew his vehicles pretty well...which based on the amount of cars on the lot was impressive. The dealer was willing to work with my PAL overall and didn't give any major fuss over it and didn't give a hard push for any of their extras, just offered them. Great experience overall. Got myself a F150 Platinum at a great price.
We bought my car with Tony, process was very painless! We traded in a vehicle, he was very transparent with us about value and where we would go from there. Not once did I feel like he was trying to pull a fast one on us and explained everything thoroughly. Really helped get us to where we needed to be payment wise. This is my second car purchased through CarStore, I bought one from a different dealership in between and I regretted that decision everyday so I returned.
