I bought a car recently March 10th, 2026. Chevy camero. Test drove good, (they) the owner and angry man in back office said no known issues of course ๐Ÿ˜•. Two days later check engine light comes on. I call them they say bring it in. They must of reset the light and had the codes on them. I hear mechanic saying something about ordering a part then I hear owner saying no we not gonna order the part if we don't have to. Mind you I paid over $10,000 dollars for a 2010 Chevy 140,000 miles. I understand used cars but I don't understand sales of junk or with major problems. That is bad for BUSINESS. When they came out front to me all they say if well it's fumes coming from the catalytic converter or exhaust going into air but it's fumes they say nothing to worry about. Check engine light is off they say and nothing to worry. Next time check engine light back on. I go to O'Reilly's to get a printout and bring into them. He then reads them and say try cat cleaner. I'm like DF. Can you put some in ? No we have none ok so I leave go to O'Reilly's get cat cleaner. Light come back on. They irritated now like I'm bugging them. They replaced one thing which was code 430 some canister. 4 days later I go up the but first I stop to advance auto written down codes. I go to O'Reilly's to get a printout AGAIN. Angry man in the back office, says stuff on here are not in the warranty. I told him I understand but I never said anything about warranty I wanted him to fix the problem and not just reset light to turn it off. He says well if I buy the part they will put it on it'll save me money. Save me money or you I wanted to say. If I could of gave negative stars I would. This place is why THE LEMON LAW was written because of businesses like this and people that plays on your intelligence. Grumpy old men need to retire or sale it because they in the wrong field. Never buy from them they are money hungry and voltures. Thanks for NOTHING OLD MAC. I appreciate it

Test drove a silver 2013 ford explorer. While out we took it to Pardon Automotive on 6th to have it checked for any issues. It has expected issues, but the Driveline was making a noise and the transmission was leaking. We were told not to get it as it would soon need $5k-7k in future repairs. Came back willing to look at other cars and he became very upset. Saying we couldn't expect cars that old to not have issues especially at the price and made it seem like these were normal problems. And that our mechanic was bad at his job. Then had a pissy and rude demeanor/tone about us not wanting it. We arent paying 9k for a car then dumping 5k into it. Hes selling lemons, he made it clear he knew the person who traded it in and that they were very good to it and he knew it had no problems. Not true, so id stay away from this guys lot. Couldn't even tell us to have a nice day or send us off wanting to come back. Just walked off mad.

I had 2 separate leans 1 on a Car and 1 on a truck. I paid car off the car and asked for the title. At the time of me paying off car they combined the leans. Which I have proof of. Then expected me to continue to pay for the truck before letting e get the title to the car that was paid off. Completely scams. Now he won't release my car title without paying off the truck to. Very illegal activity. Plus let's not talk about the cars being crap Iv drove the truck maybe 3 months in total out of 2 years of me having it after putting in 5000 worth if work out of pocket as well. As well the car Iv drove only about 5 months out of the 2 years I've had it as well after putting 3000 worth of head gaskets and 4000 for a new back end and some front work that needed to be done. Very unprofessional business.

My husband's best friend recommended this place, wish he hadn't, we bought a vehicle from them, before we left the lot, I told the sales person that the front light was out. He said oh no it's not. So we headed home living a ways away, I got in front of husband maybe 10 miles outside of Topeka, light was out just like I said , called sales guy, said ok he check prices, so he called Friday said, no price it will be Monday, Monday he calls says go ahead take it to the shop get it fixed, they would take care of it, well that didn't happen, owner paid for light, not labor, after I was told it would be taking care of. If you don't want a bunch of lies, I suggest you find another dealership.
