I absolutely hate car shopping. Going to 9-5 Auto turned out to be an awesome experience. I was able to find a good car at a good price. Joe Hawkinson was a great, honest car dealer. I would not hesitate to do business at 9-5 Auto again, or to recommend 9-5 Auto to any car shopper.

We've bought vehicles via private party and through dealerships. We haven't been completely happy with either option. With private party deals, you don't really have any warranty so it's hard to have peace of mind. But, it's nice to work with regular people and cut out professional sales for the process. With dealerships, it's hard to know if you are really getting a good deal, but you can normally trust that they have at least had a good tune-up/inspection. 9-5 auto is a nice blend of the two. I waited a few months after we bought our van before I reviewed because it usually takes some time after a vehicle purchase to get used to it and take care of all the paperwork and evaluate the whole experience. I feel like I can do that now. I really like that there is a warranty that comes with my vehicle, even if it is just a 3 month one. That provided some peace of mind. I know that no dealer can provide guarantee that there will be zero problems on a used vehicle, but a warranty really helps. It was nice to work with Joe. He answered all our questions without acting like he was holding back information. He worked with our financing and our schedule. We just really appreciated being able to negotiate a price without any drama--one that we could be happy with, even months after purchasing. He kept his word on every aspect of our negotiation. We would definitely do business with Joe again.

He makes sure you are taken care of because I really believe he cares for ever customer he has. If your looking for a used car that is 1 year old or 20, 9to5 auto is the place to go.

My husband and I were looking for a small extended cab truck with 4 wheel drive. We had pretty specific requests for mileage and price. Joe was able to find exactly what we wanted and brought it in for us. He had an inspection done and a few repairs before we purchased.
