Recently purchased a Lexus LS460 from here for my sun who was on leave from a recent deployment. They had a good selection of cars we were intrested in. We were hooked on the first car we drove. They are fair and helpful. We went and test drove a couple more from different dealers but my son was hooked on their car. They gave us a great car at a more than fair price. They were friendly and efficient. My sone drove back to New York the next week without any issues. THANK YOU

I purchased a car about a month ago I had one day to find a car. These men were polite, respectful and very genuine. I had an issue with my radio nozzle and he offered to repair it for free and it was finished in a timely manner. If you’re looking to purchase a car, truck or SUV. Kansas City Motors is highly recommended. I love my car.

Some what late review but I would like to say it was an easy experience Bought mine in 2012, good price, finance and sales staff. Pictures for the original color when I bought it, next is dipped with a different color.

Worst Dealership Experience Ever — Avoid Kansas City Motor Works and Jeff Smith I called about their more expensive car on the lot — a 2012 Corvette listed at $23,950 I spoke with Jeff Smith, and this was by far the rudest, most toxic phone call I’ve ever had with any dealership. I was ready with a serious all-cash offer and willing to drive over an hour each way to see the car. Jeff Smith was immediately annoyed and belligerent. He constantly cut me off mid-sentence while I was trying to ask simple, basic questions like tire tread depth and recent service/maintenance history. He refused to provide a Carfax, any maintenance records, or even basic details about the vehicle’s condition. This felt like the classic small dealership scam — flipping high-mileage cars (possibly former rentals or wrecked vehicles) to unsuspecting customers who don’t know better. He showed zero interest in actually selling the car, wouldn’t discuss price (even though it’s priced well above KBB private party value), and rudely told me not to bother driving up because they “don’t do test drives after 5.” Jeff Smith’s unprofessional and hostile attitude makes it clear he should not be dealing with customers. Complete waste of time. I strongly advise everyone to stay far away from this dealership. If he would have answered questions he would have sold a car but there are much better dealerships in the world this is a stealership!
