I have been a loyal customer of this auto now since 2017 I have bough 3 cars from Larry and have paid them all off in full in under 3 years and my husband and I just went back on 05-18-2026 and punched a 2011 GMC Yukon and we have had nothing but problems first the gas tank didn't like to work right so pumping gas takes for ever no matter where u go, then last Saturday our A/C stopped working so I contacted Larry at auto now and was told to take it to Waldo tire and automotive they called and told me that the fuel problem was 2 different evap problems and for the A/C the blower motor went out they said Auto now said it was not covered under warranty so we would have too pay out of pocket almost $600 for a car we had less then 2 months so we said ok what ever then on 07-17-2026 I was driving home from walmart when my car started to overheat for no reason. got it home looked at it and could not see anything wrong with it I will be having it looked at tomorrow 07-18-2026 for a full diagnosis. I will never due business with Larry or this auto now ever again! now stuck paying $674 a month for a car that we can't drive and were considering getting legal advice.
