He got me into the car I wanted, and I was in and out in about an hour. He answered all of my questions, didn’t pressure me, and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. On Thursday, our 2022 land rover discovery had a check engine light. I called Star Motors and spoke to Caleb who said if I brought it in he would be able to diagnose it by noon on Friday. The time scheduling was important to me, as I had planned a family trip to Branson the following Monday. Star motors gave me a complete diagnosis of the vehicle outlining the major and minor repairs needed. I asked if after the major repairs would my car be ready by close of business on Saturday, Caleb guaranteed it and it was. I'm currently in Branson, Missouri and when I return to Kansas City, I will be returning my car to Star Motors to complete additional minor maintenence. I was very pleased with their service, professionalism, and staff.

I want to say how thankful I'm to get to do business with Metcalf Auto. This dealership has always been good to me whenever I needed a vehicle. Will is the man! I came and got the car I wanted and it didn’t even take long. Will also helped get my insurance set up. I didn’t think I would get a car today but they definitely exceeded my expectations. Would recommend over and over again!
