My wife and I found the entire team at AAA to be outstanding. The vehicle we bought needed a few things but it was all in the open & the price made up for it. As soon as the title came in we got a call and the owner offered to either mail it or we could come pick it up, whichever we preferred. Another thing we liked is the family atmosphere, so much so that my wife had me take them a Christmas Card when I picked up the title. We plan to check in with them next year for our daughters first car, that pretty much says it all.

Buying a used car is a scary endeavor and we did have an issue with the car we bought. The owner made things right for us and I am very pleased with how it was handled. I get the impression that Anthony takes a lot of pride in running his business, the cars he brings in and sells, and caring for his customers. I wasn't getting that feeling from some of the other used car dealers nearby. My son was looking for his first car and the older gentleman who works there went on a test drive with us and gave my son some very valuable advice. As a single mother I really appreciated this. My son has friends who will be looking for cars soon and I will recommend they check this place out when they're shopping!

If I could give less I would, the lack of communication is ridiculous. They sold me a vehicle then wouldn’t tell me the mileage even though I asked multiple times threw the process until I had signed paperwork. ( which I was being forced threw on signing. Do not come here, they will completely screw you over) Mark is a snake and only there to take your money. On top of that they’re not even lost on the better business bureau website.

I wish I could put negative starts!!!!!!!! Bought a car from them March of 2020. When purchasing the vehicle the check engine light came on, I let them know and they fixed issue. 7 miles onto the highway the light comes back on. Immediately 1 month after vehicle purchase vehicle started to mess up I continue fixing on the car until December 28, 2020 and just decided to junk vehicle. When I called to let them know , the guys who helped me purchase the vehicle weren’t any help and I was stuck with a car that didn’t work. I had just paid 3500 for the car and owners of the business said there was no issues wrong with it . Don’t recommend this carlot at all. Bad business.
