Had a great experience buying a Range Rover Sport from Matt. Vehicle listing was accurate and he was confident answering my questions. (previous dealer I went to in northern Iowa had a n/a v8 listed as supercharged so I wasted a 4hr trip). Matt even sent me a pic of the engine bay when I told him my experience with the Iowa dealer! He went above and beyond from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from him in the future. Thanks again!

My wife and I were looking for an a 3 row SUV since we will be grandparents in the near future. As I drove to work one day, I seen KC Car Gallery and then I checked out their inventory. I reached out and got to Sasha. He had 2019 Land Rover Discovery that was the same year, miles and price of the Explorers we had been looking at. Sasha was amazing and friendly to work with. Not pushy, just a very real and personable guy. I appreciate that. We cannot be happier with our purchase. Thank you Sasha for making this so painless.

I purchased my first car from this place. They were patience and wise at guiding me through the process. The car itself was in excellent conditions, and the staff was ready to answer any question I had. The price reflects the quality in their products.

I came to this dealership with a trade in and the first vehicle I picked had mechanical issues. I test drove several cars and picked a vehicle I liked. The staff were very friendly and helpful at first. Prior to purchasing the vehicle, I was told the bad tires would be replaced on the back, the chipped windshield would be repaired and was promised that those were the only issues as all the vehicles are inspected prior to being sold. On my way home from the dealership the vehicle's heat stopped working. I contacted the dealership and they agreed to fix the issue. First the wrong tires were ordered, and I couldn't drive it home. I was given a loaner car and the next that loaner car that was also for sale at the lot was having steering issues. The heat was eventually repaired after a few days and the tires were replaced with the correct ones. After the first rain I noticed that the headlight was having moisture inside of it. I contacted the dealership with concerns due to the fact that each headlight costs around $1500. I was told that a used headlight would be purchased and replaced to fix the issue. I take the vehicle back to replace the headlight. The next day I drive by to check on the car and see the replacement headlight they installed on my car is from a wrecked vehicle and covered in scratches and damage. I told the owner this was not acceptable and he promised to reseal my headlight professionally so that moisture does not collect inside. I agreed because it has been nothing but a headache since I purchased the vehicle not to mention the second loaner car was also having issues and warning lights were coming on the dash. I take my car back after a few days and go to the car wash. The headlight fogged up instantly as the repairs were not done right. I contacted the dealership with more concerns and was told they have exhausted expenses and no longer will help me with the headlight. Also its important to mention that the windshield chip was never repaired as promised and the body paint person recommended did a terrible job on the front bumper which I paid out of pocket for. Also the massage seats do not work in the vehicle. I was told every vehicle is inspected completely inside and out before its placed on the lot which is not true. I would be very careful buying a vehicle from here although they are friendly you may be stuck with a purchase you regret. Check every single part on any vehicle pay attention to details and bring your own mechanic if you have to. I will not be coming back and do not recommend anyone here. If you want a good reputation you take care of your customers and do what is fair and promised. Clearly only thing mattered was my purchase. I am very unhappy with this situation and wish they would have honored their word and made it right. Lesson learned.
