I had a not so great experience and review. However, Jordan went way above and beyond to not only reach out to apologize for my experience but he also did everything possible to make things right. He genuinely cares about helping people and is completely up front and honest with you. I can't thank him enough for how helpful he has been through helping me fix the process of getting my bill of sale and tax forms updated/corrected.
Best of the best, made sure I was accommodated and everything was handled correctly and with great communication. Customer service was outstanding from the first phone call to the pick up. Recommend 10 out of 10 and prices is fair
My Husband called and Spoke with Jordan. Our junk car was picked up the same day!! Jordan was very easy to communicate with and the driver was fast and efficient. Money in hand, headache of a car out of our yard within 10 minutes of the driver arriving! 10/10 will recommend to anyone!
These Guys are Great!!! I purchased dome property and had the burden of cleaning up the cars left behind. I called and spoke with Jordan and they were out super fast.
