Bought a car from them in February with my income taxes. I love the car drives great haven’t had any recent issues. This was actually the newest car I’ve ever purchased from any dealership I’ve ever went to very satisfied.
Good deals but I was told the car I was buying was 4wd and turned out to be 2wd after running the VIN. Very upset since I only buy 4x4 cars. Just make sure to do your own research before trusting the sales individual for providing accurate information.
Friendly people, but they hugely misrepresented the vehicle they sold me. They replaced one part that was needed and assured me the car just needed an alignment. Not true. My local mechanic (whom I trust implicitly) had to do an additional $5500 worth of repairs in order for it to be safe for me to use to commute, which was the main reason I needed a vehicle, which I told everyone I talked to at this dealership. When I contacted the dealership after learning this, they did nothing. Not even an apology. My email went unanswered and when I messaged the point person through Facebook, I got an “I’ll talk to the owner and get back to you,” then silence. It’s so disappointing.
