IWent in looking for a potential new car as my car far exceeded whats worth spending on it in repairs. Kari was awesome and honest about the vehicle i was calling about not being the best one for me. she showed me the truck I came in interested in and had already had a same model truck but far better and far more maintained for the same price. Also spent the day with me working to make sure I went home with it. Head mechanic there also offered to replace a part causing an issue, as long as I got the part. The entire staff here worked with and conversed with me the entire day to make sure I was satisfied. Im sure others have had bad experiences as no one can be perfect 100% of the time. But they allow you to really get a feel for the cars to your hearts content. Its used vehicles. Things are bound to happen and they offer a warranty itself most used car lots dont offer any warranty. Recommend at least checking them out. Eli was also a really friendly sales person, even if i wasnt his customer we had a good time chatting and he answered any questions I genuinely had

She was incredibly patient, took the time to answer all of my mom’s questions, and explained everything clearly without any pressure. She completely turned what could have been a stressful day into a pleasant, smooth, and enjoyable experience. Had the BEST time at Silver Eagle Auto... NOT! My wife and I went to buy a car, we have financing secured and was really interested in the 2013 Mazda3, whwn we got there everything seemed fine... until we had to take a trip up this giant hill, me having to literally stand on the back of a golf cart hanging on for dear life as he drives us up to our destination. I thought, wow this is gonna be a great place to get a car... we got to the vehicle and the back latch to the trunk, THE VERY FIRST THING THE GUY TRIED TO SHOW US DIDNT EVEN WORK. This started the trend of stuff not working, followed by the battery being dead. We got it on a jumper because it had been "sitting so long." It finally turned over, the guy gets out and we all get in, mind you its 89 degrees in missouri... the first thing we check is the AC... it was blowing, but it wasnt cold and we let her run for a few minutes before trying to take off. We get in and my wife tells me... "The check engine lights on." The guy says "Thats okay." My wife says "gas lights on." And it is at this point i knew my day here at Silver eagle was over. My wife on the other hand ever hopeful of people decided to give another chance looking into their Toyotas, and when we discussed a "LIKE NEW" 2015 Toyota Camrey I said 11k was something i wouldnt consider. I we are looking to stay about 8k, I would accept 9 for her." He got very snobbish after that and proceeded to treat me like i was stupid for even asking, but hey after the Mazda experience I was done anyways, I was hoping for my wifes sake. However even she was done after that foolery. Thats so unprofessional and on top of it to say "I wouldnt lower any price by 300 let alone 2000." Okay buddy. Now everyone who reads this knows you wont negotiate. I wont say names because i dont think everyone there is like this but you can take my word for it. You are better served going somewhere else instead of buying a lemon feom this place who wont even budge on a price after one of his cars utterly failed on him. Poor form, and shame on you.

I didn’t buy a car from here, but I went to look at a Toyota Camry they had. The salesman told me I don’t want that car because unless I have a mechanic boyfriend it’ll be bad. He said the timing chain was out and I’d have to tow it off the lot. He tried to sell me on some other cars and said I could test drive a Saturn and a Mazda. He did not let me test drive these, he had me sit in the passenger seat while HE drove to a different part of the lot. Every single car he told me about had something wrong with it. I appreciate that he was up front and honest, but yall are trying to convince me to finance for a $8k car that barely runs. It’s also very clear that a lot of positive reviews on here are fake, or done by their family members.
