Great experience, I couldn't get a car anywhere and I walked in this place and less then 4 hours im out on the road wirh my beautiful 2017 Chysler Pacifica ,it is clean ,it runs very good and I an extremely happy with this purchase ,if you need a car this Auto Now Thank you very John and Ashley for everything, made my dreams come true

This place is a joke. Im paying extra for insurance through them but they say I dont have it and cannot provide me with the proof. Im basically paying an extra $90 per month for nothing. What a joke! Other than that, the customer service and the people there are generally understanding and flexible. I also want to mention, when I bought the car and brought it home the rear brakes were bad. I called to try and get them fixed but it got brushed off and I was told its my problem on not theirs. I have kids and the abilitly to stop safely is very important!!! I went ahead and did the repairs myself since they could not help me. I would only recommend this place to someone with a good eye for mechanical issues. So 2 of 5 stars unfortunately.

So sick and tired of the laziness at this place. They sure want your money but they dont ever want to fix anything right or get you in the shop in a decent time frame. My car broke down for the second time last night. It started overheating and fluid going everywhere. I had to tow it home beings it was 10 pm. I called auto now this moring and the proceeded to tell me they cant get my car in until July 3 or 5th (cant remeber exact date now that my bp is high)and they were gonna set up a tow for july 1st . COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. You want a 300 dollar payment every 2 weeks but want me to wait 2 weeks to get it in the shop and probaly a half a week to a week to fix whata wrong. The first time the car went to the shop and broke down not even 24hrs after i got it and the shop had it for 4 days they didnt even look at ot until the second day they had it. I have filied a complaint with the BBB and the DA'S office . My next step is Facebook and the news stations.
