New Deal Motors LLC

Best experience I've ever had buying a car! These guys were amazing to work with. Answered all my questions and didnt pressure me at all! If that isnt enough... I showed up on a Saturday which they were closed but happened to be on site. They helped me anyways! I also had a young man with me that received a pretty cool hot-wheels car as a gift that he will cherish for many years! Im also extremely satisfied with my new Escalade! Thanks again guys! I cant recommend New Deal Motors LLC enough!!!

We’ve been going here a couple years now. We have an Audi so very hard to find a place that can work on a European vehicle. But they’re great. Low cost and done right. Never have had to take back because of a problem. And also they are about the nicest and friendliest group of guys you could ever meet. I recommend them VERY highly.

Went to dealership to purchase a car. Didn’t have the best credit. So I have to go to a buy here pay here. New deal motors LLC was the best experience I’ve ever had of my 40 years of living. The two gentleman that worked at the dealership salesman listened to my concerns and what I needed for me. And my family. The experience that I had with the two salesman was the best if anybody’s looking for used car and Waterloo Iowa that don’t have a credit and need to go to a buy her pay here. This is the place to go. Zero interest 50% down and they took care of me. I’m driving away and my 2014. A six Audi.

Came in from MN to check out a car. Fantastic customer service even for arriving at closing time with no appointment! I am in love with the vehicle not only is clean inside and out and no problems but i got it an amazing price! Would happily buy from them again no scams just business

Today spent $999 on a snapped camber link setup the dealer somehow missed. My mechanic informed me the rear cannot be aligned: frame damage. Bummed! How New Deal didn't see frame damage obvious attempting a simple alignment is a mystery! They really are trying, friendly, relaxed, answered all my questions, listed my E400 as "no issues" yet I had to replace rear tires right away. Figured that was an oversight at the time. Didn't realize it was a serious omen, still didn't realize the omens when my local Mercedes dealer looked it over and wanted $6000.00 for preventative work on struts and a leaking front CV axle. Yes, SIX THOUSAND, a THIRD of what I paid for it! This is why Toyota has been winning everything the past decade simply due to their reliability. Anyway. Well, after just 4 months my new tires were ruined. Discount Tire told me to get an alignment ASAP which is what brings us to finding out about the camber issue and frame damage. So yup, let's hope this WAKES up everyone who gets sloppy and lazy reselling salvage vehicles. I wish these guys the best, at the moment ain't mad, just wish I didn't have to get rid of my first Mercedes after six months. I suppose car dealers miss something serious every 100 vehicles or so and New Deal just rolled the dice on the car I purchased.
