I love my new car! It’s definitely not perfect but for the price it was a great deal. It had some lights on the dash come up but they made sure to check the codes for us and explained what our next steps would be! They made sure we were confident in our choice and left no details out. I’ve had zero issues with my car and would definitely trust them again. I had a very pleasant experience buying from them! I totally recommend SV auto on Hamilton for anyone looking for a used vehicle.

I found SVAuto Sales 2 first on FB and then followed up on their website. Both sites had thorough information that was easy to view and very informative. Moving forward, messaging and phone contact worked for me. I am located five hours from the dealership so prequalifying the dealership and vehicle before making the 10+ hour round trip was importantly to me. I moved forward with the purchase and couldn’t be happier. They were great to deal with via messaging, on the phone and in person.

Couldn’t have had a better experience anywhere else! Hands down will get my business again (I buy a vehicle every 2-4) years! Not only do they honor their word but they are truly so respectful easy to work with and honest! I highly recommend everyone to give them a chance, you won’t be disappointed

Sold me a car that had brakes that were seized and a code for no communication to the transmission. Went back the same day and the owner said he wouldn't take it back. The owner Sebastian doesn't care that he sells you a unsafe vehicle. As a single mom in a pinch 0/10 would not recommend!

Actually I'd give zero stars. Can't speak for other locations or other guys at this location but had a very poor interaction when we went to test drive a jeep. Wouldn't let us test drive it because I wouldn't divulge my financial information. He said all we could do was look at it and hear it run. It wouldn't start and with jump pack on he couldn't keep it running. Told him we wouldn't be back. Missed out on 2 sales totalling $17k because of a bad attitude, bad service and bad maintenance on the vehicle....update to your reply to my review. When I shopped at other places I was never asked how I planned to fund the purchases. Mostly because it doesn't matter as long as I'm buying and honestly it's none of your business until I do buy. And obviously from almost $20k in purchases I was very serious. I'm also very glad other people get to read these reviews and see who they're buying from and how they act. It's the whole purpose of Google review and for a company to make a wrong a right. But you missed that opportunity from making the wrong first impression on a one and only time visit. And with soooo many other places to buy a vehicle you'd think you'd want to make a good impression and a repeat customer. You have a lot to learn about customer service! Google won't take down my account because I left an honest review lol.
