I wanted to give a huge shoutout to Brothers Used Cars for doing something that truly speaks to their character and integrity. A customer of mine accidentally left a set of high-end speakers in a vehicle that was later sold wholesale to Brothers Used Cars. My customer was extremely stressed when they realized what had happened and thought the speakers were gone for good. Not only did the team at Brothers Used Cars locate the speakers, but they personally returned them all the way to Sioux Falls. Even more impressive, when they were offered money for their time and effort, they refused to accept a dime. In today's world, it's easy to talk about customer service and doing the right thing, but Brothers Used Cars actually lives it. Their actions showed honesty, professionalism, and genuine kindness. Good businesses are built on trust, and good people do the right thing even when nobody is watching. Brothers Used Cars proved they are both. Thank you for going above and beyond and turning a stressful situation into a reminder that there are still great people in this business.

I saw a truck on their website and they worked on the price with me. When I took it for a test drive I brought it by a mechanic and he told me some things that could be fixed on it. I brought it back to Brother's and went through the list when them. They repaired all of the parts and delivered it to Sioux Falls for me. Very impressed! They were upfront and honest with me through the whole process.

I went to the lot with a tight budget. The owners worked with me and were honest and up front about the vehicle. They were very friendly and they were easy to do business with. When we need a vehicle again, I will look them up.

This place is trash! bought a ford fusion in February but back end suspension is nearly all rusted away big waste of $3500 plus they’re not willing to help with repairs. Weak ahh brothers dealership :D
