I'm writing this review for Dana. He purchased a vehicle as a gift for my mom. Terry was very helpful and patient in the process. After we purchased the vehicle, and had only driven it 12 miles, there was an issue with the Catalytic Converter. We spoke with Terry and he got us hooked up with a shop to fix it, and they paid for it, even though the car was purchased "as is." If you are looking for a vehicle, I would definitely give them a shot!

Terry is amazing, he made the buying process a breeze & an absolute pleasure!! My Mazda runs like a dream! It's gorgeous on the outside and very efficient under the hood. The icing on the cake was realizing my stereo system was Bose. A beautiful machine at a great price! Thank you so much Terry Block :)

I just purchased a 2020 Hyundai Kona from Integrity and when we were driving the vehicle home we started experiencing a check engine light, loss of power, and the oil appeared to be overfilled. After getting it towed to our mechanic and locating the cause of the issue, Integrity retrieved the vehicle and told us they could either fix it for us or give us our money back. They made the process of purchasing this car smooth and easy, and they certainly live up to their name of Integrity! We couldn't be more pleased with how they handled the situation and I was able to give my husband the Christmas present he deserves! Thank you Terry and Joe for everything!!

I checked both Google and the website for hours. Called to confirm that they were open until five, no one answered but the message for the voicemail confirmed they were open until five. I had to ask to get off work an hour before they closed to make it in time and give time for the transaction. I arrived at 4:30, door was locked with a faded sign that said they were out on a test drive, understandable. They got back and went inside with their client. I walked in and sat in the lobby waiting my turn. Few minutes go by and the employee comes out at 4:45 and says they are closed and asked if I could come back tomorrow, I said no because this was the only day I could get off early. He asked if I had called, I told him I had but that no one answered. He gave his comments about being the only there but that they were closed so I needed to leave. If you’re appointment only, post that on the website. I won’t be coming back.
