I was interested in a 2018 Chevy Traverse Premier Redline Edition and found one at Village Auto Outlet. I called and spoke to Dave who was very nice to talk to. He was very polite and openly upfront. My wife Denise and I live in Frankfort Illinois, which is approximately 150 miles away and so we made the trip to see the Traverse and talk to Dave. He was very easy to talk to and deal with! So, I came in one day to buy a car. Dave was very helpful. He asked what I wanted then listed off what he had that was similar. He pointed out the pros and cons of each. It was very easy to whittle things down and drive out of there with a car that suited my needs and had obviously been taken care of by the previous owners. Now, maybe tomorrow, the selection won't be as good. Then again, it might be better. My point is that you can expect no hassle competent service. Dave seems to be very knowledgeable of his inventory and is not pushy about it at all. Oh, and if you go there in the winter, it's a good place to watch the eagles fishing the Rock while they ready the paperwork.

I recently purchased a used vehicle from VA and am pleased and impressed by this small business. From what I could tell, most of their vehicles come with a limited 1K Mile/30 Day warranty which is almost unheard of from these type of dealers. Their sales Representative accommodated my requests with pictures (inside/outside/undercarriage), and allowed me to inspect the vehicle withing their garage on a cold day. It's been a month since I purchased the vehicle and it's still running like a champ when it was purchased. I had some fluid flushing done and the mechanics said it was in top shape. I had been looking for this type of (older) vehicle for a few months and had spent almost $1K in pre purchase MP Inspections that I had to walk away from; and almost didn't make the trip to inspect their vehicle because of all the past negative dealings with other small shops. So, if there's a vehicle you've been looking for and they have it; my recommendation is to give them a chance to earn your business, you may be pleasantly surprised as I was.
